TensaGuide is the
world's first ADA compliant single tape post.
Most places in the US that are open to the public are required to
comply with ADA/UFAS 4.4.1 by positioning a tape less than 27" off
the floor. At this height the tape can be detected by the
visually impaired employing a cane or guide-dog. The new
TensaGuide post has the tape placed 26-3/4" off the floor surface.
